Relief Distribution:
Social Activist Neeta Raut distributed blankets and food items provided by Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust to the 22 household of Gaurishankar-8, Dolakha. Each house received two blankets (Rs 1000) and food items worth Rs 2500.
Blanket Distribution:
The Gopal-Pramila Trust distributed one hundred sixty four blankets, costing approximately NPR 82, 000, to the needy families of Purenawa Dhangar-8 and Badaharba of Rautahat district. On behalf of the Gopal-Pramila Trust, Brig Gen Sanjay Singh Bhandari, Brigade Commander of No 28 brigade, and Ms Sangita Bhandari distributed those blankets to the locals that are suffering for cold on the basis of one house one blanket.

Donation:
On behalf of the Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust, Major General Ramindra Chhetri, Founder Member of Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust, handed over a cheque of NPR 25,000 to the Chairperson of Nepal Spinal Injury Sports Association during a programme on November 18, 2017. On the same occasion, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) of Nepali Army, Gen Rajendra Chhetri, on personal capacity, handed over Rs. 51,000 to Ms. Gayetri Dahal, Chairperson of Nepal Spinal Injury Sports Association.
Blanket Distribution:
On November 17, 2017, Ms Gita Chhetri, Chairperson of the Gopal-Pramila Trust, distributed 20 blankets (Total cost Rs 10,000) and 20 pairs of slippers (Total Cost Rs 3000) to the elderly women of the 'Divyasewa Niketan Briddhashram', Mandikhataar.
Relief Distribution:
On May 27, 2017, Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust distributed 72 blankets, each costing Rs 880 (Total costing NPR 63,360/- ) to the Chepang families of Thumka village in Gorkha district. Similarly, Trust also handed over a computer set and musical instruments i.e. Guitar, Flute and Conga along with 360 copies and 200 pens to the students of Thumka Primary School situated at Heklung, Gorkha district.
Relief Distribution:
On February 11, 2016, Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust distributed 220 blankets, each costing Rs. 880, (Total Rs.1,93,600/-) to the Chepang Families. On behalf of the trust, Lt Col Ram Chandra Thapa, Commanding Officer of No. 1 Jagadal Battalion (Sunachari), and Mr. Nirmal Paudel, Social Worker, donated blankets to the 220 deprived Chepang families of Kakada village, Makawanpur. The trust has been immensely active in such social activities and other noble causes since its establishment.

Mr. Naresh Das donated NPR 1,00,000/- to 'Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust on November 09, 2016. The donated amount was handed over to Colonel (Retd) Ratindra Khatri, Member Secretary of Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust. The received fund will be utilized for the social activities conducted by trust to help the people in need. The Trust would like to extend gratitude to Mr. Naresh Das for his support to the Trust.
Entrance Gate Built:
In memory of Colonel late Gopal Bahadur Khatri and Mrs. late Pramila Khatri, the founders of Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust, Honorary Maj Gen Ramindra Chhetri, COAS Gen Rajendra Chhetri, Col Ratindra Khatri (Retd.) and Rabindra Chhetri built the entrance gate (Eastern Side) of Mhepi Temple. On October 27, 2016, COAS Gen Rajendra Chhetri inaugurated the entrance gate amid a programe. Members of the Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust, members of the working committee of the Mhepi temple and locals were present during the inaugural ceremony.
Blanket Donation:
On September 16, 2016, Gopal-Pramila trust donated fifty-two blankets to Manav Sewa Ashram, Bharatupur. Member of Gopal-Pramial trust, Mr. Rabindra Chhetri and Saraswoti Chhetri handed over blankets and founder member Maj Gen Ramindra Chhetri handed over Rs. 10,000 cash to the representative of Manav Sewa Asharm in the presence Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) Gen Rajendra Chhetri, who personally denoted Rs. 25,000 to the ashram.
Clinic Kit/Stationary Items Distributed
Member of the Gopal-Pramila trust Ms. Akanksha Chhetri and Baby Aura Rajshree Bista distributed Clinic Kits, stationary items and food items to 12 kids of Himalayan Children Foundation amid a programme organized to celebrate children's day at Montessori Cottage Preschool, Baluwatar.
Relief Distribution for flood victims
On August 15, 2016. Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust distributed 130 blankets to the 130 flood victim families of Kobarsen VDC Ward no 2 and 3, Saptari. On behalf of the trust, The Krishna Dal Battalion and NCC Nepal cadets distributed 1 blankets each to the flood victim families. Battalion commander, Assistant CDO, SP Nepal Police and chairman of Red cross, Saptari, have also participated in the relief material distribution program.
Relief Distribution for flood victims
On August 08, 2016. Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust distributed 200 blankets to the 100 (hundred) flood victim families of Madi-5 Basantapur, chitwan. On behalf of the trust, The Famous Mahindra Dal Battalion and NCC Nepal cadets distributed 2 blankets each to the flood victim families. Battalion commander and stake holders of respected districts have also participated in the relief material distribution program.
Inauguration of Drinking Water Project
Chairperson of Gopal-Pramila Smriti Trust Mrs. Gita (Shanta) Chhetri inaugurated drinking water project at Shankhadevi Higher Secondary School, Jogimara VDC of Dhading District.
With the aim to provide safe drinking water for students, teachers & staffs as well as local residents of Majhitar village, the project worth Rs. 2,00,000|- was initiated & funded by Gopal-Pramila Trust in cooperation with Safa Sunaulo Pani Nepal and local residents of Majhitar village. It is estimated that more than 1000 students, teachers, school staffs & villagers are going to be benefited from this project.

Mr. Keshav Kumar Karki, resident of Kanti Marga, Maharajgunj, donated NPR 5,00,000/- to 'Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust on July 19, 2015. The donated amount was handed over to Colonel (Retd) Ratindra Khatri, Member Secretary of Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust. The received fund will be utilized for the social activities conducted by trust to help the people in need. The Trust would like to extend gratitude to Mr. Keshav Kumar Karki for his support to the Trust.

On July 17, 2015, Lt. Col. Dr. Bharat Bhandari donated NPR 55,555.55 to 'Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust. The cheque was handed over to Ms. Gita Chhetri, Chairperson of Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust. The received fund will be utilized for the social activities conducted by trust to help the people in need.
Tanahun Dudhekuna Water Project inauguration
On July 4, 2015, Founder of 'Gopal Pramila Memorial Trust', Maj. Gen. Ramindra Chhetri inaugurated the completed Tanahun Dudhekuna Water Project at Dudhekuna village, Chok Chisapani VDC of Tanahu district. With an aim to improve access of safe drinking water for the local residents, the project worth of approximately NPR 35,00,000/- was initiated by 'Gopal – Pramila Memorial Trust' in cooperation with 'Safa Sunaulo Nepal' and 'Tanahun Dudhekuna Khaneypani Upavokta Committee', which had received financial assistance from 'Latter Days Saint Charities' since January 4, 2014.
During the programme, letters of appreciation were presented to the individuals and organizations for their outstanding help and support in the completion of project.
In the same programme, to encourage children to follow simple hygiene rules in keeping themselves clean and healthy, the trust members distributed hygiene kits to the children of Dudhekuna Village. Each hygiene kit consisted of a 200 gm-tube of toothpaste, 4 tooth brushes, a soap case with soap, a pair of comb and a pair of towel.
Members of the trust, Mr. Rakesh Hamal, Chairperson of 'Safa Sunaulo Nepal', Officials from 'Khaneypani Upabhokta Samiti', renowned actor/director Mr. Santosh Panta and social workers of Dudhekuna village and local villagers were also present during the programme. Gopal – Pramila Memorial Trust would like to express gratitude to 'Latter Days Saint Charities' and Mr. Rakesh Hamal, Chairperson of ' Safa Sunaulo Nepal' and all the supporters for their invaluable support. Without them the project would not have completed.
Relief Distribution
On July 4, 2015, Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust distributed metal roof to the Earthquake victims of Jogimara Village Development Committee (VDC) at Dhading district. The trust distributed 100 bundles of metal roof to the Chepangs, Dalits and other earthquake affected people from ward number 1 to 9 of Jogimara VDC. 50 families received two bundles of metal roof each which can be used for constructing temporary shelters.
The trust would like to extend gratitude to Mr. Suresh Malla and local volunteers for their assistance in identifying the victims that needed help, to Jogimara Police Station and to Lt. Col. Bijit Regmi, CO of Sabuj Battalion and the Sabuj Battalion family for their invaluable support throughout the programme and provision of lunch to the victims who were there to collect the relief materials.

On July 3, 2015, on behalf of Mr. Rahul Bangsal, Mr. Yadhav Kunwar donated NPR 1,00,000/- to 'Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust. Mr. Yadav Kunwar handed over the donation cash to Mrs. Rita Chhetri, Vice Chairperson of the Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust. The received fund will be utilized for the social and relief activities the trust conducts.

Mr. Pradhananga handed over the cash to Mr. Abhishek Chhetri and Mrs.Vidisha Chhetri, the members of Gopal - Pramila Memorial Trust. The received fund will be utilized for the social and relief activities conducted by trust to help the needy people.

Mr.Ganesh Shrestha donated NPR 3,00,000/- to 'Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust' on June 16, 2015. Mr. Shrestha handed over the cheque to Colonel (Retd.) Ratindra Khatri, Member Secretary of the Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust. The received fund will be utilized for the social and relief activities conducted by trust to help the needy people.

Inauguration Programme
On 6 June, 2015, Major General Ramindra Chhetri inaugurated the newly constructed main entrance of Saraswati Lower Secondary School at ward number - 8, Dudheykuna village, Tanahun district. On the occasion, Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust donated a computer set to the school.
On behalf of the Trust, Maj Gen Chhetri handed the computer set to the Principal of the school, Mr. Krishna Bahadur G.C., Maj Gen Chhetri is the patron of the school.

On June 6, 2015, Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust handed over relief goods for the elderly people living at Lions Sarvodaya Jesthaa Nagarik Asram of Tarkughat, Lamjung district.

On June 6, 2015, Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust distributed relief goods to the earthquake affected people of Dudheykuna village in Tanahun district. 150 affected families of Dudheykuna village were benefited from the relief distribution programme. Relief goods distributed to the earthquake victims were bought by fund received by the trust from the donors. In addition to this, Dr. Arun Raj Kunwar from American Nepal Medical Foundation donated pregnancy and post pregnancy items for the relief distribution programme. Similarly, Col. Michael Gannon (Retd) and Mrs. May Gannon, Chairperson of Clinic Nepal Mr Hari Bhandari and Ms Saraswati Thapa provided the various relief items for the programme. Likewise, Mr. Chandra Lama supported the programme by providing transportation for the delivery of the relief items.
Members of the trust and families of renowned actor/director Mr. Santosh Panta, Mr. Nirmal Poudel and his friends from Chitwan also assisted in distribution of the relief items.

Ms. Saraswati Thapa donated stationery and other necessary supplies to 'Gopal - Pramila Memorial Trust' on June 2, 2015. Ms. Saraswati handed over the supplies to the member of Gopal - Pramila Memorial Trust, Mr. Abhishek Chhetri and Mrs.Vidisha Chhetri.
The received supplies such as white board, copy and ball pens shall be provided to the schools that have been damaged by earthquake while clothing items shall be provided to the earthquake victims (especially women).

Relief Distribution
With an aim to assist earthquake victims, on May 23, 2015, Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust distributed relief goods to the earthquake affected people of Jogimara Village Development Committee (VDC) in Dhading district. 115 families, especially, Chepangs, Dalits and other victims from ward number 1 to 9 of Jogimara were benefited from the relief distribution programme while almost 40 families were provided with food items and clothing.

Relief goods distributed to the earthquake victims were bought by fund received by the trust from the donors. In addition to this, Dr. Arun Raj Kunwar from Nepal America Medical Foundation, Col. Michael Gannon (Retd) and Mrs. May Gannon, Lt. Col. Ashok Gurung (Nepal Army), Ms. Poonam Lama from Mumbai and Mr. Nirmal Shrestha from Bhairahawa donated various relief items and fund for the relief distribution programme. Similarly, Mr. Chandra Lama extended his kind hands by providing transportation for the delivery of the relief items. Birang Trading, Lalitpur provided the Sawyer water filter to local schools and health post of the area.
Members of the trust and families of renowned actor/director Mr. Santosh Panta and businessperson Mr. Yadav Kunwar were also present and assisted in distribution of the relief items.

Ms. Laxmi Khadka donated NPR 1,50,000 to 'Gopal - Pramila Memorial Trust' on May 20, 2015. Ms. Laxmi Khadka handed over cheque to the Founder of Gopal - Pramila Memorial Trust, Maj Gen Ramindra Chhetri. As per the wish of the donator, the received fund will be utilized for the benefit of earthquake victims. A businessman Mr Yadav Man Singh Kunwar was also present on the occasion.
Relief Goods Distribution
Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust distributed relief goods to earthquake victims of 16 'Dalit' families at Dharmasthali, Kathmandu on 10th May 2015. Chairperson of Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust Mrs. Gita Chhetri along with the members of the Trust & family of Mr Santosh Pant distributed tarpoulin and relief items consisting of ;
1. 16 sacks of rice
2. 3 sacks of beaten rice divided into 16 packets
3. 1 sack of sugar divided into 16 packets
4. 16 packets of oil
5. 16 packets of salt
6. 18 tarpouline
7. Biscuits 1 box each to 16 families
8. Noodles 6 packet each to 16 families.
Relief Distribution
Gopal-Pramila Memorial Trust in collaboration with Hospitech Canada, distributed relief goods at various earthquake affected areas. The joint team collectively distributed food items, hygiene and sanitation kits and water filtration kits to 90 families of earthquake victims of Sikre – Maidan village of Nuwakot on 7th May.
The distribution programme was assisted by Mr. Chandra Lama who provided a truck to carry the relief goods to the area likewise, Dhapasi Youth Club supported by assisting in packaging and distribution of the relief items. Members of the trust and family of the renowned actor/director Mr. Santosh Panta were also present and supported the distribution programme.
The food items which were packed in included 5 kgs of rice, 2 kgs of beaten rice, 1 packet of oil, 1 kg of daal, 1 packet of tea and 1 kg of sugar. Similarly, Hygiene and Sanitation Kit included bathing soap, washing soap, tooth brush, tooth paste, hair oil, towel, nail cutter, sanitary cloth, comb, Jeewanjal along with blanket and bucket to each familly.

Ms. Sushila Pradhan Shrestha donated NPR 25,000 to 'Gopal-Pramila Khatri Memorial Trust' on January 14, 2015. Ms. Shrestha handed over the cash to Mrs. Abhilasha Chhetri Gurung, the treasurer of the Gopal Pramila Khatri Memorial Trust. As per the wish of the donator, the received fund will soon be utilized for distributing the blankets to the needy elderly citizens.
